OVERVIEW

The Porsche Macan 2.0T combines Porsche refinement, strong everyday drivability, and a responsive turbocharged platform that benefits greatly from proper ECU calibration. With the 2.0L EA888 Gen 3 turbocharged engine, factory all wheel drive, and 7 speed PDK transmission, the Macan already delivers strong usability from the factory, but there is clear room for improvement in throttle response, torque delivery, and overall performance feel.

Our AMT performance calibration is designed to sharpen engine response, improve drivability, and increase usable power throughout the rev range while maintaining smooth daily operation. The result is a much more responsive and enjoyable Macan that feels stronger everywhere without losing the refined character expected from a Porsche SUV.

STAGE 1 CALIBRATION

Stage 1 consists of an individual recalibration of the engine management system, including optimization of key parameters such as ignition, fueling, throttle response, torque control, and related ECU strategies.

This tune is intended for stock or lightly modified vehicles and is developed to improve performance and drivability while remaining within sensible operating limits for the platform.

STAGE 2 CALIBRATION

Stage 2 is intended for vehicles equipped with supporting intake and exhaust modifications that improve airflow. The calibration is adjusted accordingly to take advantage of the hardware changes and deliver stronger overall performance.

For this application, Stage 2 is intended for vehicles equipped with cat back exhaust and cold air intake, with sports catalysts recommended. Rear O2 delete for decat applications is included in Stage 2.

POWERGATE 4 OPTION

The Alientech Powergate 4 is available as an optional flashing tool for supported applications. It works through the OBD port using the Powergate phone app and allows the customer to read and write the ECU remotely, receive file updates, and return the vehicle to stock when needed.

Please note: the Powergate 4 tool does not include the tune itself. The cost of the tool is separate from the software purchase.

ECU SHIPPING OPTION

If you are unable to bring the vehicle to us, the ECU can be removed and shipped to AMT Tuning for programming.

Please make sure the ECU is packed securely and that the package includes a note with the following information:

• Full name
• Order number
• VIN number
• Vehicle year and model
• Contact email
• Contact phone number

This information is required so we can correctly identify the ECU and match it to your order before programming begins.

PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS

Please pack the ECU securely using anti static material and/or bubble wrap.
Ship in a strong padded box with tracking and insurance.

Improper packaging may result in damage during transit.
