Experience the thrill of enhanced performance with AMT Tuning
Enhanced Speed - Unleash Power - Ultimate Performance
Unlock improved throttle response, power delivery and overall performance from your Yamaha YZF-R3 with an AMT Tuning ECU calibration developed around your motorcycle's actual hardware and fuel setup.
The 2024–2026 YZF-R3 is powered by Yamaha's 321cc fuel-injected parallel-twin engine. AMT calibrations can optimize supported engine-management parameters including fueling, ignition and throttle-related calibration to suit both stock motorcycles and bikes equipped with common intake and exhaust upgrades.
Stage 1 is designed for stock or lightly modified motorcycles.
Suitable configurations may include:
Each calibration is prepared according to the customer's actual motorcycle configuration rather than using a single generic file for every bike.
Stage 2 is intended for motorcycles with more extensive airflow modifications.
Typical Stage 2 configurations may include:
There is no universal Stage 2 hardware package.
Please provide AMT with a complete modification list when ordering so the correct calibration can be prepared for your motorcycle.
Manufacturer: Yamaha
Model: YZF-R3
Model Years: 2024–2026
Engine: 321cc DOHC parallel twin
Fuel System: Electronic Fuel Injection
Tune Levels: Stage 1 / Stage 2
ECU hardware and software can vary according to production date and market.
AMT confirms tuning and flashing compatibility using the motorcycle's actual ECU identification rather than assuming compatibility from model year alone.
We may request:
Where applicable, the ECU can be removed from the motorcycle and sent to AMT for programming.
AMT will confirm the correct ECU programming procedure before the ECU is shipped.
Powergate 4 remote flashing may be available for compatible ECU/software versions.
Where supported, Powergate 4 allows the customer to communicate with the motorcycle ECU and install AMT calibration files remotely using a smartphone.
A Windows laptop is not required.
Powergate compatibility must be confirmed for the motorcycle's exact ECU/software version before ordering.
If your order includes a Powergate 4:
Do not connect the Powergate to the motorcycle when you receive it.
First send AMT a clear photograph showing the Powergate device and serial number.
Wait for AMT to confirm that registration and configuration are complete before connecting the device to the motorcycle.
Connecting the device before registration may interfere with the normal setup process.
Fuel requirements depend on the selected calibration and motorcycle configuration.
When ordering, select or provide the octane fuel normally available in your area.
AMT will confirm the required minimum octane for the calibration supplied.
Always operate the motorcycle using fuel that meets or exceeds the minimum requirement for the installed calibration.
Performance improvements depend on:
AMT does not publish a single fixed horsepower increase for every Yamaha YZF-R3 because results vary significantly according to installed hardware and testing conditions.
$549 CAD
Calibration is prepared for the supported hardware configuration specified with the order.
+$350 CAD
Available only where the exact ECU/software version has been confirmed as compatible.
Shipping and applicable taxes are additional.
Please provide:
Providing accurate vehicle and modification information allows AMT to confirm compatibility and prepare the appropriate calibration.
The motorcycle must be mechanically sound before tuning.
Performance results vary according to hardware configuration, fuel quality, operating conditions and motorcycle condition.
ECU compatibility and available programming methods must be confirmed from the actual ECU/software identification.
Features intended exclusively for competition or off-road applications should only be used where permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
