OVERVIEW

The Volvo C30 T5 is a compact turbocharged five cylinder platform that responds very well to proper ECU calibration. Our AMT performance software is designed to improve throttle response, torque delivery, and overall drivability while maintaining smooth and reliable daily operation.

This platform delivers strong gains from a well calibrated Stage 1 tune, with improved mid range pull, sharper response, and a more enjoyable powerband while maintaining excellent street manners.

STAGE 1 CALIBRATION

Stage 1 consists of an individual reprogramming of the engine management system, whereby the adjustment of engine parameters such as ignition, fueling, throttle response, torque limiters, and related ECU strategies are custom adjusted.

All engine parameter values at this stage remain within sensible operating limits for the platform. Stage 1 is designed to improve performance, drivability, and responsiveness while maintaining reliability.

STAGE 2 CALIBRATION

Stage 2 is intended for vehicles equipped with supporting intake and exhaust modifications that improve airflow. The calibration is adjusted accordingly to take advantage of the hardware changes and deliver stronger overall performance.

This is a Bosch ME9.0 application and is best handled through direct ECU connection rather than a simple consumer OBD flashing solution.

If you are unable to bring the vehicle to us, the ECU can be removed and shipped to AMT Tuning for programming.

Please make sure the ECU is packed securely and that the package includes a note with the following information:

• VIN number
• Vehicle year and model
• Contact email
• Contact phone number

This information is required so we can correctly identify the ECU and match it to your order before programming begins.

PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS

Please pack the ECU securely using anti static material and or bubble wrap.
Ship in a strong padded box with tracking and insurance.

Improper packaging may result in damage during transit.
