OVERVIEW

The Mercedes Benz Sprinter W907 / W910 fitted with the 2.0L OM654 Turbo I4 is an excellent platform for a properly calibrated Stage 1 ECU tune. Our software is designed to improve horsepower, torque delivery, throttle response, and overall drivability while maintaining smooth and reliable operation for daily commercial use.

This package includes the required ECU unlock service. These ECUs are factory locked and must be bench unlocked before tuning can be completed.

STAGE 1 CALIBRATION

Stage 1 consists of an individual recalibration of the engine management system, including optimization of key parameters such as injection, throttle response, torque limiters, and related ECU strategies.

The calibration is developed to improve usable power, midrange torque, and overall responsiveness while remaining within sensible operating limits for the platform.

HOW THE UNLOCK PROCESS WORKS

1. Prepare and Package the ECU

Remove the ECU from the vehicle using proper procedures. Pack it securely with ample padding so it is fully protected during shipping.

Please note:
We do not accept any ECU that has been previously opened.

2. Ship the ECU to AMT Tuning

Use a reliable carrier such as UPS or DHL. Delivery and pickup must be made directly to our office, not to a drop point.

All shipping costs, including any import taxes or duties, are the sender’s responsibility.

3. Unlock and Inspection

Our team physically opens and unlocks the ECU using professional tools and procedures.

Each ECU is inspected for tampering before work begins.

Important:
• We do not accept ECUs that have been previously opened or modified
• If non-authorized UART, CAN, FlexRay analyzers, or similar devices are found, the ECU will not be unlocked and no refund will be issued

4. Tuning and Programming

Once unlocked, we program the requested calibration matched to your vehicle setup.

Bench programming and calibration usually take 3 to 4 hours once the ECU is in our queue.

Typical unlock turnaround is usually 1 to 2 weeks, but please allow 2 to 4 weeks depending on current workload and shipping times.

5. Return Shipping and Reinstallation

The ECU is re-sealed, tested, and shipped back using the agreed carrier.

Once returned, the ECU can be reinstalled and the vehicle is ready to run with AMT software.

PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS

Please pack the ECU securely using anti static material and or bubble wrap.
Ship in a strong padded box with tracking and insurance.

Improper packaging may result in damage during transit.
