OVERVIEW

The Lexus GX 460 combines proven reliability, strong V8 torque, and excellent everyday usability, making it a great platform for a clean and refined ECU calibration. Powered by the 4.6L 1UR-FE V8, the GX 460 responds well to tuning with improved throttle response, stronger torque delivery, and better overall drivability.

Our AMT Stage 1 calibration is designed to sharpen engine response and improve performance while maintaining smooth operation and factory-like reliability. The result is a more responsive and enjoyable driving experience, especially in daily driving and part throttle acceleration.

STAGE 1 REPROGRAMMING

Stage 1 consists of an individual reprogramming of the engine management system of the vehicle, whereby the adjustment of the engine parameters such as injection, throttle response, torque limiters, and related ECU strategies are custom adjusted.

All engine parameter values at this stage remain within sensible operating limits for the platform. Stage 1 is designed to improve performance, drivability, and responsiveness while maintaining reliability.

STAGE 2 REPROGRAMMING

Stage 2 is intended for vehicles equipped with supporting intake and exhaust modifications that improve airflow. The calibration is adjusted accordingly to take advantage of these modifications and deliver stronger overall performance.

Typical Stage 2 supporting hardware includes cold air intake, freer flowing exhaust components, and high flow catalytic or catless exhaust configurations where applicable.

This information is required so we can correctly identify the ECU and match it to your order before programming begins.

PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS

Please pack the ECU securely using anti static material and or bubble wrap.
Ship in a strong padded box with tracking and insurance.

Improper packaging may result in damage during transit.
