OVERVIEW

The Audi S3 8Y 2.0 TFSI is a compact performance platform that responds extremely well to proper ECU calibration. With strong factory power, fast shifting transmission, and excellent drivability, the S3 benefits from improved throttle response, sharper torque delivery, and a more responsive overall driving experience.

Our AMT performance software is designed to improve engine response, increase usable power throughout the rev range, and enhance drivability while maintaining smooth and reliable operation.

STAGE 1 CALIBRATION

Stage 1 consists of an individual recalibration of the engine management system, including optimization of key parameters such as ignition, fueling, throttle response, torque control, and related ECU strategies.

All engine parameter values at this stage remain within sensible operating limits for the platform. Stage 1 is designed to improve performance, drivability, and responsiveness while maintaining reliability.

STAGE 2 CALIBRATION

Stage 2 is intended for vehicles equipped with supporting intake and exhaust modifications that improve airflow. The calibration is adjusted accordingly to take advantage of the hardware changes and deliver stronger overall performance.

STAGE 3 CALIBRATION

Stage 3 is intended for vehicles equipped with upgraded turbocharger hardware that can support substantially higher airflow and boost levels. Please contact us for details and recommendations regarding Stage 3 hardware and tuning options.

The Powergate 4 allows the customer to flash the vehicle through the OBD port using a smartphone app and gives convenient access to tuning where supported.

ECU SHIPPING OPTION

If you are unable to bring the vehicle to us, the ECU can be removed and shipped to AMT Tuning for programming.

Please make sure the ECU is packed securely and that the package includes a note with the following information:

• Full name
• Order number
• VIN number
• Vehicle year and model
• Contact email
• Contact phone number

This information is required so we can correctly identify the ECU and match it to your order before programming begins.

PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS

Please pack the ECU securely using anti static material and or bubble wrap.
Ship in a strong padded box with tracking and insurance.

Improper packaging may result in damage during transit.
