Description

Stage 1 consists of an individual reprogramming of the engine management system, whereby engine parameters (ignition, injection, throttle response, torque limiters, boost control, etc.) are recalibrated for safe, daily-use performance on premium pump fuel.

Stage 2 is a custom-adjusted calibration where all relevant engine parameter values are further optimized to accommodate additional mechanical modifications such as aftermarket sports exhaust, high-flow downpipe / catalyst, and upgraded cold air intake systems.

All calibrations are developed for the best possible performance and results within safe operating margins and to retain excellent drivability.

Programming & Flashing Options

Remote OBD Tuning with BBS Tool (Included in Package)

• Vehicle is tuned via the OBD2 port using the supplied BBS OBD2 cable and Windows flashing software.
• No ECU removal required for standard OBD programming.
• Your original (stock) file is read from the ECU and stored; the ECU is then written with the tuned file.
• Ability to return the vehicle to stock software using the same tool and software while your subscription is active.

ECU Bench Programming (Ship-In Option)

• Engine ECU can be removed from the vehicle and shipped to AMT Tuning for programming if preferred.
• Ideal where OBD access is not possible or in special cases.
